Automatic Dip Soldering Machine - Model DIP 905 The PCB is lowered into the bath through motorized movement till the solder side of the PCB touches the solder. The movement stops at this point. It stops there to the pre-set time on the timer, to enable the dwell time. After the set time the movement resumes with the controlled cam movement, to effect a perfect peel back, and brings the PCB back to the home position.
Foam Fluxer with Pre-Heater - Model FFP 915 For fluxing and pre-heating the PCB before Dip Soldering. The foam fluxer applies a uniform layer to the PCB through a foaming tube. The air knife smoothens up the flux, and removes the excess flux. The pre-heater activates the flux, and prepares the assembly for soldering.
