Magnifier And Video Microscope

This is our upgraded version for customers who want very precise measurements along with the high quality inspection capabilities of our standard option. In this model, we provide the customer with a more sophisticated zoom lens with magnification detents, digital cameras, Z axis movement for focusing and measurement software capable of making geometric 2D measurements within the Field of View of the system

Standard System Features

• Illumination: Top illumination provided by LED ring with intensity control.
• Measurement Accuracy: 5 micron in full magnification
• Measurement Software features such as:
a. Measures dimensions, angles, radii, distance between centers, polygon area and perimeter, ellipses dimensions
b. Software is pre-calibrated at all detent magnification settings so that the customer does not need to calibrate during usage
c. Measurement is done through the use of powerful edge detection tools that considerably increase the accuracy and ease of use of the software.
d. Measurement can also be done by input polnt/s and/or line/s.
e. Designed to achieve sub pixel accuracy
f. Measures 'difficult to measure' areas of arbitrary shapes, curved lengths etc.
g. Images can be seen and saved and labeled (annotated) along with measured data into MS word or MS Excel files

Double magnification version

The optical system in this version consists of two matched 130 mm DIA lenses together giving a power of 9D. This enables a relatively larger Field of View (130mm) despite the higher power. It may be noted that with the Increased Magnification Attachment (an accessory described on page 06) one can get a power of 10D, but the field of view gets restricted to only 40mm.

Double magnification Version is recommended where increased magnification is required, but where the duration of viewing is limited. Whereas, for continuous, long duration viewing it ia advisable to use the other models.
